We appreciate any and all contribution that are made to our campaign. Please note that Florida law strictly regulates political campaign contributions. The information you are asked to provide when making a contribution is required by law. Please review the following information prior to making a contribution.

To comply with Federal Election law, contributors are required to provide the name, mailing address, occupation, and employment information for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle. If you are retired, please enter "N/A" under Employer and "Retired" under Occupation ; if a homemaker, please enter "N/A - Homemaker"; if self-employed, please enter "Self-Employed" under Employer and describe your line of work under Occupation.

* I confirm that the following statements are true and accurate:

- I am a citizen or permanent resident in the United States.
- I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States.
- I am not a Federal government contractor.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
- This contribution is not from the general treasury funds of a corporation, not for profit, labor organization or national bank.
- This contribution is made on a personal credit card or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.
- I am at least eighteen years old.

  • Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
  • We may accept contributions from an individual totaling up to $2,400.00 for the primary election and $2,400.00 for the general election.
  • A couple can give $4,800 to the primary and $4,800 to the general election. Qualified federal PACS may contribute $5,000 per election and non-qualified federal PACS may contribute $2,400 per election.
  • Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Corporate contributions are prohibited.
  • Contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Only personal and PAC checks or personal credit cards are acceptable.

CONTRIBUTIONS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM CORPORATIONS, LABOR ORGANIZATIONS, FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS OR FROM FOREIGN NATIONALS UNLESS THEY ARE RESIDENT ALIENS (GREEN CARD HOLDERS). FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS REIMBURSING DONORS FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS.
