This past Thursday, June 24th my campaign team and I traveled to Alachua County to speak to residents. In a downtown park I spoke with several homeless veterans. I’d like to share with you the story of one of these veterans. His name is Glenn and he is a retired Naval pilot who flew F-4 Phantom jets over Vietnam for 7 years and today he has nowhere to go and his home for the next few days is the Salvation Army. There were a total of six men on those park benches and at least three of them were homeless veterans. What a shameful way for our government to treat our veterans who risked their lives for their country. But we can spend billions upon billions each year providing services to illegal aliens. Why. Because of the lack of political will of the U.S. Congress. Two of my top priorities when I get to the Senate will be to support immigration legislation which will 1. immediately begin to secure our borders 2. provide all the resources needed to prevent anyone else from illegally entering America 3. Deport all illegals 4. Send the “Anchor Babies” home with their parents 5. Repeal the law which allows for “Anchor Babies.” Once those issues are resolved then I would be willing to participate in updating America’s immigration strategy and coming up with solutions for guest workers.
My second priority will be to sponsor a Veteran’s Rights bill. This bill would eliminate property taxes for veterans who had served minimum time in the Armed Forces. This bill would also provide for decent apartments for our veterans until they could get on their feet. There would be certain minimum requirements such a substance abuse testing and taking advantage of academic and/or vocational remediation programs. This bill would guarantee that no American veteran would ever be forced to sleep on a park-bench or under a bridge with a cardboard box as a blanket.
We had a GREAT WEEK! Bernie has been out on the road getting the word out that Florida does have a choice. He has done several interviews, in print, on-line and on the air. “The private, foreign International Monetary/Banking Cartel controls its puppets in Washington as it controls its oil company executives. And everything the Cartel does is anti-life, there are absolutely no exceptions; and their pretended Gulf oil clean-up is a glaring case in point.
Instead of cleaning up the unprecedented catastrophe created by the Cartel’s mega-corporations (Halliburton, Transocean, and British Petroleum), these very same companies are purposely killing our Gulf of Mexico, under the pretense of cleaning it up.
Instead of using safe, non-toxic ways to gather up the rogue oil gushing from their incompetence, or planned cataclysm, the private Cartel is using an extremely toxic chemical dispersant, with the approval of the Obama administration.
Alan Levine, the head of Louisiana’s Department of Health and Hospitals, said: “We don’t have any data or evidence behind the use of these chemicals in the water. We’re now basically using one of the richest ecosystems in the world as a laboratory.”
As reported in Britain’s Telegraph, Louisiana state Secretary of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Robert Barham reported: “We’re very disappointed in their [EPA and oil company executives] approach. The federal procedures call for a consensus between federal authorities, the responsible party and the states involved. When we met and expressed our concerns [over the use of dispersants] , apparently they decided to go without us.”
And go they did. Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency allowed BP to turn our Gulf of Mexico into a toxic testing ground, instead of removing the crude oil.
British Petroleum (BP) has even refused to use their own oil tankers, lying in the Gulf, to suck up most of the runaway oil, and possibly salvage it for sale later, as was done after a Saudi spill in the ‘90’s. That method was so successful, it vacuumed up about 85 percent of that renegade oil. Not only that, but there are about 20 foreign ships that are fitted for skimming oil that are prepared to come to our aid but President Obama still has not signed the Jones Act waiver which would allow these foreign ships to come into American waters for this limited purpose.

Nick Pozzi, a former oil pipeline engineering and operations project manager is puzzled why BP did not salvage perfectly good crude oil for later sale, and to thereby protect marine and wildlife.
What Mr. Pozzi does not know is the oil companies are owned by the world’s only legal counterfeiters – the International Monetary/Banking Cartel – who can “print” all the money they want, so making money on Gulf oil was not important to them. Killing the Gulf of Mexico is, apparently, important to them, for their own cryptic and esoteric reasons.
If the Cartel had wanted to save marine life, any oil they had not vacuumed up could have been mulched with any number of non-toxic materials, such as “Oil Sponge,” a name trademarked by Phase III, Inc.

But, the governmental bureaucrats of the Obama administration, and the Cartel’s oil executives, had no interest in using an environmentally friendly product to clean up what is the greatest man-made environmental disaster of all time … they were intent on making this unbelievable cataclysm far, far worse, and one that could never be cleaned up.
It cannot yet be proven that the Monetary Cartel purposely blew up their own wellhead, but the crimes they have committed in their so-called “clean-up” efforts are well documented, in spite of no corporate media outrage.
After the Exxon Valdez incident of March 1989, Mycelx of Georgia developed what looks like a paper towel to soak up to 50 times its weight in oil. And while this product is used from the Middle East to Europe to Canada it was of no interest to the parties Obama charged with cleaning up the Gulf of the floating oil those very same parties caused.
Even hair naturally separates oil from water, leaving large tar globs, in which mushrooms can then be seeded. And as the mushrooms grow, they digest the oil, leaving non-toxic organics, which can then be composed into soil, great for growing healthy vegetables.
Anyone who has ever had a bad hair day knows how well hair will retain oil. In fact, Lisa Gautier, president of Matter of Fact (website for hair salons) has collected 400,000 pounds of hair, and stuffed it all into nylons to be used as booms near Gulf shores.
This idea could have been a shot in the arm of our dying economy, by creating organic compost for the millions of nutrient depleted farm acres in the world. Also there could have been a viable cottage industry of collecting hair from salons.
And, hair is certainly a renewable resource, with most of us contributing. But neither Obama or the Cartel will ever do anything for our dying US and world economy, but ensure it dies, while feebly pretending to resuscitate it.
But in the world of what could have been, there’s hay, sawdust, crushed volcanic rock, and even kitty litter that could have mulched with the oil on the surface of the Gulf waters, making for easy pick-up.
But, oil industry executives and their confederates in the Obama administration quickly made sure that all spewing oil would either sink well below the surface, or never rise to it, so it could never be vacuumed up or neutralized.
Worse yet, these international criminals of humanity, and life in the Gulf, committed their dastardly deed of deeply submerging the floating oil with an extremely dangerous chemical dispersant that would deny all marine creatures oxygen, thus killing them, and marine plant life to boot, as major underwater currents carry the poisonous oil through-out the Gulf and into the Atlantic.
Trying to give this mass murder a positive spin, BP spokesman John Crabtree said his corporation had dropped more than 560,000 gallons of [toxic] chemical dispersants on the surface slicks and 28,700 gallons of the chemical at the subsea wellhead, 5,000 feet below sea-level.
Crabtree’s justification for such an insane, criminal act was that the dispersants would drive the oil well below the water’s surface, thus keeping it away from coastal shorelines. So instead of removing the oil, BP decided to make the oil even more toxic, and drive it deep into the ocean where it can never be retrieved, but will kill all marine life in its path.
Mandy Joyce, a marine sciences professor at the University of Georgia carefully chose her words about BP’s deplorable dispersants: “Anything that requires oxygen will not be able to survive that water. The food web is going to change. You could stymie the entire production level of the Gulf of Mexico. That’s a very real possibility.”
BP’s chemical dispersants contain 2-butoxyethanol, a compound that kills marine and wildlife, exactly the life our clean-up measures should try to save.
BP’s chemical dispersants, currently being dropped by airplanes, break the crude oil into tiny droplets that sink well below the water’s surface, where they form a giant cloud or plume, making it impossible to gather, as is the obvious intention.
And with this poisonous plume creating a dead zone, currently estimated to be about the size of Delaware and Rhode Island combined, hidden at about 3,000 feet of water, no one can place an accurate figure on how much oil has actually gushed into the Gulf.
And once this death dealing plume reaches the large, rapidly moving Loop Current, this oily cloud of doom could swing toward Florida and Cuba, killing the coral reefs and marine life there.
According to Stephen Howden, an oceanographer at the University of Southern Mississippi, the Loop Current could drag the oxygen destroying cloud into shallower waters thus potentially impacting the coral reefs and fisheries near Florida’s coast.
University of Georgia’s Mandy Joyce said, “It’s a good thing the oil is not damaging the coast line, but to say everything is fine because its not hitting the coast is missing a very important part of this equation.”
And I would say, Ms. Joyce’s statement is a serious understatement.
Another person famous for misleading and under stated remarks is our president, Barack Obama.
There can be no denying that President Obama and his EPA regulators are accomplices to the crimes in the Gulf of Halliburton, Transocean, and British Petroleum by allowing these perpetrators of the disaster to be the ones in charge of the capping and clean-up efforts.
How much longer will our government allow these corporate criminals to fail with the capping of the oil gushers ,and making a dead zone of the Gulf of Mexico and perhaps the Atlantic ocean?
Thus far, President Obama has made a grandstand play by pretending to excoriate the oil company executives responsible for the Gulf tragedy for not taking responsibility.
Excuse me Sir, it’s you who should have taken control and responsibility by tasking competent individuals and companies to cap this runaway well, and to clean up the mess, without destroying the entire Gulf of Mexico in the process.
And instead of excoriating the oil company executives and government bureaucrats who dumped over a half million gallons of toxic dispersants into the Gulf, you should be arresting them for crimes against humanity, not to mention marine and wildlife.
Additionally, Obama’s teleprompter writers had the ignorance to state the ridiculous: “I know BP has committed to pay for the response effort, and we will hold them to their obligation,” read Obama.
The very obvious point Mr. Obama, is you should have saved our Gulf of Mexico, by making sure Transocean, Halliburton, and British Petroleum had absolutely nothing to do with the clean-up efforts, rather than making them pay to turn the Gulf into a dead zone.
President Obama went on to say many parties, including the federal government should accept blame for the disaster, he stopped short of saying he, himself, should be imprisoned for his part in so destroying life in the Gulf.
“There is oil leaking. We need to stop it, and we need to stop it as soon as possible,” said Obama.
It’s not a leak, Mr. Obama. It’s a volcanic gusher spewing out an Exxon Valdez every two to four days.
From whales and dolphins to sardines, from starfish to coral reefs, from microscopic organisms to all the fish in the sea, the Cartel has embarked upon killing, and will kill … unless they are stopped. Are you man enough for the job, Mr. President?”

I believe that one of the most destructive policies ever implemented was our policy on Free Trade. The North American Free Trade Agreement (N.A.F.T.A.) and the Central American Free Trade Agreement (C.A.F.T.A.) should be repealed and the Federal Government should create tax incentives for companies to bring their businesses back to America. These policies are destroying jobs in America and destroying our free-market economy.
If the Federal government doesn’t like Arizona’s illegal immigration policy, then let them secure our borders immediately. Make it a top priority. We all know that is not going to happen because the Obama administration is moving toward amnesty so they can secure that voting block. I am in total agreement with Governor Brewer. Not only that, but unlike Marco Rubio, I believe that all illegals should be immediately deported including their children even if they were born in the U.S.A.
My plan is:
1. Secure the Border with Mexico and Canada
2. Provide the human, technological and financial resources to man the borders.
3. Deport all illegals.
4. Send Anchor babies home with their families. Children should remain with their families.
5. Develop a current and comprehensive immigration policy that allows for guest-workers and repeals the policy on anchor babies.
Should America have a third party? For the past year I have traveled all over the State of Florida talking to thousands of conservative Floridians. The majority of those I have spoken with have expressed, anger, betrayal, frustration, disappointment and disillusionment with both political parties but mostly with the Republican Party. As I have campaigned as a third party candidate I have tried to explain to people that America desperately needs a third Party and that is the only thing that will bring about the needed change. Einstein was right when he said “the definition of insanity is to continue to do the same things and expect to get different results.” Friends, you can forget about it, the Republican Party is not going to change I don’t care how many Tea Party meetings you have. The powers that be are smart enough to know that many of the so-called Tea Party’s are nothing more than fronts for the GOP and the rest of them have no real organization or platform. And no one has emerged to lead the movement. Therefore, how can it possibly have the desired effect of forcing the GOP to become more conservative and stop running candidates like Dede Scozzafav (N.Y. Dist. 23) and Scott Brown in Massachusetts?
Last December Rasmussen had a poll regarding the viability of a third party. One of the quotes said “41% of all voters nationwide believe that Republicans and Democrats are so much alike that a new party is needed to represent the American people.” There is nothing that the two parties fear more than a third party. They are scared to death of losing their power over the American people. They know that the only thing that can break their power over the political system is if Americans begin electing conservative third Party candidates.
Everyone with half a brain knows that it is the global financial elites who call the shots. They not only tell Obama (or whatever president is in office) what to do, but they tell the Congress and the two Parties what to do. The only thing that will ever change that is to get rid of the Federal Reserve and restore the power “to coin money and regulate the value thereof…” (U.S. Constitution Article I Section to the U.S. Congress. The only way the Federal Reserve will get ousted is if the American people will have the courage of their convictions and elect Third Party men and women whose allegiance is to God almighty, the U.S. Constitution and the American Citizens (Not the Party), and who have the stones to take on the Fed. Everything else is IRRELEVANT!
We do not have any time to waste. It is time to fish or cut bait. November will be here like a whirlwind and it is way past time that people decide where they stand.

In traveling around the State of Florida for the last year I have literally spoken to thousands of Floridians and what has become obvious is that almost all Florida conservatives and many independents cannot stand the thought of Charlie Crist as Florida’s next U.S. Senator. And so the conservative voter’s of this state are turning their gaze upon Marco Rubio erroneously believing he is a true conservative. Many Rubio supporters I have spoken with have described either how good looking he is or how well he speaks. Isn’t that one of the main reasons Obama was elected? Haven’t we learned anything?
Many of those I meet ask me “What is the difference between you and Marco Rubio?” Here is my reply:
“Quite simply, Marco Rubio is a professional politician and a lawyer. He graduated from law school in 1996 and soon entered local politics and then was elected to the Florida Legislature in 2000. Rubio is just another slick talking lawyer and a professional politician. With almost 50% of Congress made up of lawyers, I don’t believe we need anymore.
Rubio’s mother and father were hard working people and they can relate to the average Florida citizen who goes to work every day just to put food on the table for his family but Marco knows nothing about that. The sum total of Marco Rubio’s professional experience is lawyering and politics.
Unlike Marco Rubio, I know all about hard work. I started my own small business in 1987. My first year in business I was the only employee and I took in about $36,000. Today I have 32 employees and my company grosses almost two million dollars a year. I understand small businesses because that is what I have done for the last 23 years. In the last five years, I have created over 50 jobs and have pumped over 10 million dollars into the local economy. I know how to create and live by a budget.
My friends the choice is clear. Marco Rubio a lawyer and professional politician or Bernie DeCastro a businessman who can relate with the small business owner and the entrepreneur who has the courage to get out on the limb and start his own business; Who has to create a budget and live by it and who creates jobs so others can work.
There are also the following major differences between Rubio and DeCastro on the issues:
Pro-Life – Rubio claims to be pro-life but refuses to endorse the “Personhood Movement” which ascribes personhood at the point of conception. This then would make Roe V Wade illegal that violates the Declaration of Independence which guarantees every person the right to LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. DeCastro has endorsed Personhood
10th Amendment - Rubio refuses to sign the 10th Amendment pledge “While Mr. Rubio and his handlers “consider” whether or not they support state sovereignty and lawful, limited constitutional government, I also want to offer a consideration. I would like for every lover of liberty and state sovereignty in the state of Florida to consider asking Marco Rubio why he would have to “consider” supporting the Tenth Amendment.” -Andrew Nappi State Coordinator TAC, December 19th, 2009. Vetting by the Tea Party – As of this date, Rubio who has been called the “Tea Party Darling,” and “Florida’s “Tea Party” candidate” has turned down repeated request from Tea Party groups around the State to be vetted. Now Marco is that anyway to treat your fans? DeCastro has been vetted by two Tea Party groups and a third is trying to schedule him.
Agenda 21 – Rubio has refused to denounce the United Nations Agenda 21 otherwise known as Sustainable Development. This is one of the most dangerous policies ever to come out of the United Nation. It has to do with population reduction. DeCastro adamantly denounces Agenda 21
Financial Accountability – Rubio refuses to make public his expense reports when he served as speaker of the house. That is when he spent over half a million dollars of tax-payer money to renovate his office. He says he will turn over his expense accounts when everyone else does. DeCastro’s books are and always will be open to the public
Audit & eventual elimination of Federal Reserve – Where does Rubio stand on the audit and eventual elimination of the Federal Reserve? And where does he stand on returning America to the gold standard? There are currently four states, Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri and Indiana that are in the process of filing legislation to have their states return to the gold and silver standard. “The United States Constitution declares, in Article I, Section 10, “No State shall… make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.” State-Level Constitutional Tender laws seek to nullify federal legal tender laws in the state by authorizing payment in gold and silver or a paper note backed 100% by gold or silver.” Would Marco Rubio support this legislation? DeCastro believes the Federal Reserve should be audited immediately and then they should be eliminated and America should return to the gold and silver standard.
IRS – Where does Rubio stand on the getting rid of the IRS and repealing the 16th Amendment? DeCastro believes that the 16th Amendment should be repealed thereby eliminating the IRS and that we need to either replace the current taxing system with a consumption tax like the fair tax or something better.
17th Amendment – What is Rubio’s position on repealing the 17th Amendment and returning to the old way of electing our U.S. Senators by the State Legislatures? DeCastro believes the 17th Amendment should be repealed.
28th Amendment – Will Rubio endorse the passage of the 28th Amendment which says, “Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.” DeCastro would be glad to file the bill for the 28th Amendment and fight to see that it is passed.
Special Interest Money – Marco Rubio has no problem taking special interest money for his campaign; thereby, obligating himself to these special interest groups. Bernie DeCastro refuses to take special interest money.
Congressional Compensation – Marco Rubio sees nothing wrong with the current congressional compensation plan. Bernie DeCastro would refuse to take not only the congressional salary, but the Cadillac healthcare plan and the outrageous retirement plan currently offered.
Party Allegiance – Marco Rubio will be easily influenced by the republican party to vote with “the group” on issues. Bernie DeCastro’s allegiance will be to God 1st, the constitution 2nd, and the American citizens 3rd.
MANHATTAN DECLARATION – Is Marco Rubio willing to sign the Manhattan Declaration? DeCastro has already signed the Manhattan Declaration.
A Summary of the Manhattan Declaration:
“We are Orthodox, Catholic, and evangelical Christians who have united at this hour to reaffirm fundamental truths about justice and the common good, and to call upon our fellow citizens, believers and non-believers alike, to join us in defending them. These truths are (1) the sanctity of human life, (2) the dignity of marriage as the conjugal union of husband and wife, and (3) the rights of conscience and religious liberty. In as much as these truths are foundational to human dignity and the well-being of society, they are inviolable and non-negotiable. Because they are increasingly under assault from powerful forces in our culture, we are compelled today to speak out forcefully in their defense, and to commit ourselves to honoring them fully no matter what pressures are brought upon us and our institutions to abandon or compromise them. We make this commitment not as partisans of any political group but as followers of Jesus Christ, the crucified and risen Lord, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.”
This Tuesday, February 23rd will be a Money Bomb for my campaign for U.S. Senate.
I need 200 people who will contribute a minimum of $50.00 each and who are willing to get 5 other people to do the same. Our overall fund raising goal is $60,000 for this event. Ever since I had switched back from running as an independent to running on the Republican ticket I had felt that I had made the wrong decision. Then after the Scott Brown victory in Massachusetts, I knew I could no longer align myself with an unprincipled party. Here was another example of the GOP running a RINO as a candidate. The only reason that everyone overlooked Scott Brown’s pro-choice and pro gay-marriage stance was because he broke the Democrat’s filibuster proof majority.
While we were on the road, Craig Marlatt and I discovered the Constitution Party of Florida and were both impressed with their very conservative platform (see www.cpflorida.com). After much prayer and thought I decided to switch my affiliation one last time. I am now officially running on the Constitution Party of Florida ticket. The only option for me is to run as a principled candidate whose only allegiance is to the U.S. Constitution and the American citizen. I refuse to get enmeshed in the corruption of the two party system.
