The Manhattan Declaration is a document written and signed by leaders of prominent Christian and Catholic denominations with a purpose to declare firm positions against abortion and gay marriage, and for religious liberty.
If you are not aware of this cause I would strongly urge you to get informed and involved with the Manhattan Project. The 154 original religious leaders who signed the declaration have all taken a stand and said that on these three issues they strongly support civil disobedience. I went to the site two days after it went online and there were already over 20,000 signers. As of this morning, there were close to 242,000 signers. It has grown tenfold in a little over a week.
