Congressional Term Limits

If elected to the U.S. Senate, one of my first priorities after working to undo all of the bad legislation of the current administration would be to fight for term limits of 12 years for the Senate and eight for the House of Representatives.

  1. Congressional Term Limits is to me the most critical issue that will make a difference in the political landscape of our country. Entrenched congressional members develop more of an obligation to the system because it provides so much personal benefit and opportunity and becomes hard to resist falling into line with the status quo of the Beltway mentality.
