January 8th, 2010Constitution Party
February 8th, 2010Ever since I had switched back from running as an independent to running on the Republican ticket I had felt that I had made the wrong decision. Then after the Scott Brown victory in Massachusetts, I knew I could no longer align myself with an unprincipled party. Here was another example of the GOP running a RINO as a candidate. The only reason that everyone overlooked Scott Brown’s pro-choice and pro gay-marriage stance was because he broke the Democrat’s filibuster proof majority.

While we were on the road, Craig Marlatt and I discovered the Constitution Party of Florida and were both impressed with their very conservative platform (see www.cpflorida.com). After much prayer and thought I decided to switch my affiliation one last time. I am now officially running on the Constitution Party of Florida ticket. The only option for me is to run as a principled candidate whose only allegiance is to the U.S. Constitution and the American citizen. I refuse to get enmeshed in the corruption of the two party system. It’s the definition of insanity, “To continue doing the same thing and expect to get different results.” By the way, you might consider joining the Constitution Party yourself.”

Denying Floridians The Right To Vote
December 22nd, 2009Florida is currently one of the few states that denies the right to vote to men and women after they are released from prison. If you believe that once a person has paid their debt to society that their rights to vote should be restored then please sign this petition below. here.
Denying Floridians The Right To Vote is Wrong
December 6th, 2009Florida deprives over half a million of its citizens the right to vote because they have a felony conviction. Although these men and women have paid their debt to society by completing their sentences and supervision requirements, they are still denied the right to vote. Governor Crist championed this cause when he was running for Governor and then
followed through when he was elected. The problem is that instead of automatic restoration, these citizens have to go through a cumbersome process that in many cases takes up to several years before someone’s rights are restored. Florida is one of only 14 States that do not automatically restore a person’s right to vote when they have finished their sentence.
If you are a Florida citizen 18 years or older and would like to correct this injustice, please print the following form. Then print your full name, address, city, state, zip. If you would like to stay informed about the progress of this cause, please also add your email address. When you are finished please help by having your family and friends do the same. When the list is complete or when you have gotten all of the names you can, then please return the form to FEORC, PO Box 1748, Ocala, FL. 34478.
